Professional Journey
My journey began in the advertising industry, where I honed my skills in strategy and account management at global powerhouse agencies like Ogilvy and DDB. These formative years allowed me to interact with real-world challenges faced by clients in various sectors, including CPG, automotive, healthcare, insurance, banking, and fintech. This diverse experience provided me with a broad spectrum of knowledge, working with different consumer segments and addressing unique market needs and challenges.
In my most recent role as the Senior Manager of Marketing at Zafin in Toronto, I spearheaded strategic initiatives to drive demand and promote core banking solutions. I led cross-functional teams and managed large-scale product launches, resulting in substantial increases in leads and revenue. My role encompassed developing and executing strategies related to product, go-to-market, marketing communications, and organizational analytics.
Before joining Zafin, I made significant contributions to the FIFA World Cup 2022, where I led the Experience Design of the tournament's digital assets like the mobile app, Fan ID system, website, and Digital In-Stadium experience.

My technical proficiency includes strategy formulation and execution in a multidisciplinary environment of corporate, brand, product, and integrated marketing channels. I've led a number of digital transformation projects to upgrade marketing technology stack of small, medium and global enterprises for efficiencies in operations, delivery, and analytics.
